Occupational Health and Safety Policy

KHG is committed to the prevention of harm to employees, others, with the aim of continually improving Occupational Health and Safety.

KHG is committed to the general wellbeing of individuals in the workplace, and the safe operation and maintenance of all plant and equipment.

KHG acknowledges that our Integrated Management System provides a framework for the setting of objective and targets to eliminate or minimise work related incidents. Adequate resources will be provided to achieve this goal.

Environmental Policy

KHG is committed to achieving a clean and healthy environment and recognises their responsibility to conduct operations that will not cause harm to the environment and be protective of natural resources.

Our objectives are to:

  • Comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, licences, standards and site requirements, and where adequate laws do not exist, adopt and apply standards that reflect KHG commitment to environmental compliance.
  • Adhere to the principles of sustainable development pollution prevention and life cycle management.
  • Establish objectives and targets by which we can continuously monitor and improve our environmental performance.
  • Communicate openly with all regulatory bodies to ensure the development of an informed and balanced view of our activities.
  • Consider environmental factors, energy efficiency and disposal costs in the decision making process.
  • Provide employees with the training, information, resources and responsibilities necessary to achieve environmental objectives and targets.
  • Continuously improve our commitment to environmental management through a process of innovation, review and revision.

Quality Policy

KHG is pursuing excellence by the implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management Systems which aligns with the requirements of ISO9001.

In order to fulfil our requirements and be in line with the KHG’s vision to be the service partner of choice for our clients, KHG shall:

  • Establish key performance indicators for all employees and activities;
  • Develop measurable quality objectives and monitor progress against these objectives;
  • Engage subcontractors who can provide high quality products that at least meet or exceed our client’s specifications;
  • Document work processes and best practices to support employees in carrying out their work;
  • Embrace feedback and new ideas from stake holders to continually improve the KHG QMS;
  • Identify and investigate any reports of non-conformity and make the required changes at any levels of management to prevent any further recurrences.
  • Review this policy periodically and communicate the objectives regularly to all employees and suppliers.
  • Audit the KHG QMS periodically to ensure ongoing suitability and improvement and for compliance and improvement which aims to meet or exceed the requirements of ISO9001.
